Imani D. Hunter, a Daughter of God with a pure heart of worship. One who carries the sound of God

as a worship leader, ordained Evangelist since 2021, and empowering purpose coach at 28 years old. Imani’s life commenced in Rochester, NY where she was born and raised. In the City of Rochester, she grew up in Bethany Spiritual Church of God, founded by her grandfather. Ever-evolving in this ministerial legacy, she now serves as Youth Pastor under her father’s leadership, Pastor James D. Hunter.

 Imani’s relationship with God became real to her when she was 16 years old and experienced hearing God’s voice for the very first time. She now encourages others through God’s word, her life experiences, and the sound that God has gifted to her.

Imani deeply desires for people to become all that God has created them to be. In March of 2019, Imani courageously stepped out in faith and birthed the vision that God gave her; Purposely Transforming. What initially started as a testimonial youtube channel turned into a motivational podcast, and has now expanded into purpose coaching. Through Purposely Transforming LLC women are encouraged to make changes intentionally, maximize their time, and amplify their voice to live a more purposeful life! 

Imani believes that to know God is the ONLY way to truly know yourself. Imani, one who humbly exudes the power and grace of God has devoted her life to walking in the earth as a submitted Daughter and selfless example to many. As she continues her journey of authentically aligning with God, it is her hope that her life will be a vivid reflection of God’s purpose revealed and a life lived as God’s instrument.
